About Rich in Community

Rich in Community is an organization that recognizes community spirit, a willingness to help, and a welcoming lifestyle. We also recognize the wealth of resources that we have here. Some of those resources include opportunities for people to become involved as volunteers, to network through service or professional organizations, and to create and develop social contacts.

To make local resources more accessible to individuals in our community, Rich in Community has compiled a list of organizations, along with the opportunities available through each one. They are listed on our website in a searchable database. Organizations are listed alphabetically under their name, or they can be found by looking under the type of organization. Click on the Organization navigation button (to the left) to search.

What is the Organizational Database for?

The purpose of our organizational database is to connect people with people, to connect people with organizations, and to connect people with services. (Rich in Community has no authority over, nor any input into any of the organizations listed on our website.)

Who are we?

Rich in Community is a committee made up of local community members. The committee oversees Rich in Community's activities, events, operations, and community contacts throughout Richland Center, Richland County, and other communities in our area.

We hope that this database will provide you with the resources and contacts that you need to become an active member of the Richland community.
