We focus on serving adults who are elderly (60 years and over), physically disabled, developmentally disabled, or with mental health or substance use disorders, as well as their families, friends and others who contact us on their behalf. All of our services are free of charge. In Richland County, the Aging & Disability Resource Center is part of Health & Human Services.
