During the Lenten Season we hold joint services with other churches at Schmitt Woodland Hills (announced on WRCO).
Purpose of our organization: To build up the body of Christ, His church, and to provide spiritual guidance for those seeking to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Services we provide:
# 1. All are welcome to join us in worship.
# 2. We hold special suppers throughout the year to raise funds for camp scholarships and missions. We participate in missions locally as well as those of the denomination.
# 3. We participate in the Richland County Misisterial Association services.
# 4. We have a lounge and basement where parents can take children if needed during the service.
# 5. Our worship area can be reached with a chair lift, but the bathrooms are in the basement.
Volunteer opportunities through our organization:
# 1. Suppers and fundraisers.
# 2. Calling on shut-ins in their homes, at assisted living facilities and nursing homes.
# 3. Working with children on Sunday morning.
# 4. Using musical talents in worship as appropriate.
Additional Notes: We are a historical church, dating back to the days of Frank Lloyd Wright. All who wish to worship as believers, gorow in their faith in God, seek God's comfort and healing are welcome to join us for worship. Study groups and women's support groups can be made available if there is a desire.
