Purpose of our organization: Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time. Kiwanis clubs focus on the needs of ordinary people and children to create extraordinary life changing moments. As a Community Service Club we generate money through a dues structure and many projects which will help us support and change our community.
Services we provide:
# 1. Provide educational materials and backpacks to children and families in need in our community.
# 2. Support the local Free Clinic, Meals on wheels, Food Pantry, Homeless shelter and Passages both physically and financially.
# 3. Recognize the accomplishments of local High School Students and support leadership development at the Middle School and High School level.
# 4. Support mentoring programs for families and for children.
# 5. Organize Community beautification programs, Halloween parties, Christmas Caroling and Special Prayer gathering.
